Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate Dhaka Wasa ATM booth installation, maintenance, support, documentation and supervise pump operators and other technicians effectively to ensure maximum output as per organization requirement.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of current manpower/workforce.
∎ Manage Dhaka WASA ATM Booth sites in a safe and efficient manner, observing all safety & hygiene precautions, practices and regulations as per organization guidelines.
∎ Provide on the job supervision of the team of operations technicians & pump operators to achieve goals by using the most efficient, reliable and cost-effective work procedures.
∎ Role involves regular travel across Dhaka WASA ATM Booth sites to oversee ATM booth condition and troubleshooting accordingly if needed.
∎ Receiving the required material from store & ensuring proper utilization of materials; If some material remain unused recording & return it instantly to the store.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Must have good command in MS office, Excel,Power Point & E-mail communication.
∎ Able to build up strong leadership skills.
∎ Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing towards diverse audience.
∎ Must possess negotiation skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
Salary: Negotiable
