Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any public Institution. MBA Preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate DPHE & Millennium Alliance projects, monitor, maintenance, support, documentation and supervise technical & operational aspects to ensure maximum output as per organization requirement.
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Receiving the required material from store, sending materials timely to plant location efficiently & ensuring proper utilization of materials; If some material remain unused recording & return it instantly to the store.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good command in MS office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. E-mail communication.
∎ Able to build up strong leadership skills.
∎ Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing towards diverse audience.
∎ Must possess negotiation skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
