∎ Must be able to ride a motorcycle and willing to travel to client sites as needed.
∎ Should be physically fit and capable of working in factory environments.
∎ Strong documentation and reporting skills are a plus.
∎ Key Skills and Competencies:
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Capable of working under pressure with a calm and focused approach.
∎ Self-driven and eager to upgrade technical knowledge.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
∎ At least 1 year of experience in Service or Maintenance of Digital Printers (preferably in the textile sector).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair digital printing machinery used in textile manufacturing.
∎ Interpret and apply mechanical and electrical principles for efficient problem-solving.
∎ Use standard maintenance tools and equipment to carry out repairs and service activities.
∎ Work collaboratively with the technical team to identify recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
∎ Ensure timely completion of service assignments and proper documentation of service reports.
∎ Manage on-site visits, communicate with clients, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain proper planning of time, tools, and materials to ensure smooth service operations.
∎ Report to the Service Manager with updates on job progress, challenges, and client feedback.
