Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Workshop and field-service on diesel engines and related mechanical/electrical products.
∎ Proactive regular customer visits for establishing a good relationship, provide maintenance and service advice to secure parts and service business.
∎ Attend to service calls by customers and perform trouble shooting to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.
∎ Take ownership of the problem and follow-up until the problem is solved.
∎ Compilation of service and repair reports that include proposals for remedy and proposals for the prevention of recurrence of the same problem.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience in maintenance and service of reciprocating engines, generator set.
∎ Good knowledge of reciprocating engine technology.
∎ Application knowledge in marine and power-generation technology.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills (Bengali and English).
Salary: Negotiable
