∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle floor and deal with customers
∎ All service center reporting of all customers on a daily basis
∎ DOA data share with finance team on daily basis and update if any mistake found in data to managers
∎ Spare audit on daily basis and send report end of the day, and able to reduce mistakes
∎ Maintain service center performance and handle escalated customers
∎ Submit cash to bank per day/make report of cash on a daily basis and end of the month match cash collect
∎ from Customer and report to Head office & finance team
∎ Coordination with the ASC dealer if customer escalated and also coordinate with customer care
∎ Push to the team to close all customer calls in CRM on the same day to maintain in C4C & SAP

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Appropriate Knowledge on Communication, leadership and process development etc. Good
∎ command, organizational skills on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Should have proper knowledge about ERP software & KPI.

Salary: Negotiable
