Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer handling, Maintenance, after sales service
∎ Handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with the manufactures designated warranty representatives
∎ Ensure that all paperwork and write-ups were clear and concise
∎ Job Control, distribution and Estimation.
∎ Customer feedback, service reminder and customer follow-up
∎ Perform Quality control and Vehicle inventory
∎ Report vehicle details in order to ensure safety of the driver and optimal vehicle operation.
∎ Verify the customer concern perform test drive
∎ Attend Technical and Non-technical Training get certification
∎ Reporting as per Requirement.
