∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan to deploy workers in the morning and evening as per direction of seniors, client requirements, and master program to ensure timely delivery of quality projects accurately with utmost Customer Satisfaction.
∎ To supervise & monitor Engineering & Construction Projects in a safe and cost-effective manner as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Supervising and monitoring the quality of the construction/installation works as per agreed drawing, specification, and standard in the bill of Quantities (BOQ technical).
∎ Review all drawings like Architectural, structural, plumbing and sanitary, electrical, fire, HVAC to find out any miss match and contact the Design team or consultant for necessary correction.
∎ Estimate and prepare BOQ of the Project, prepare materials requisition (MR), materials quality check, prepare materials receiving report (MRR), sign challan.
∎ Monitoring to Materials stacking properly to reduce wastage percentage aiming to profitability and financial stability.
∎ Measuring materials, checking quality and keeping records at the site like stone, sand, bricks, cement, MS Rod, tiles, pipes, sanitary products, scaffolding etc and inform project in charge about materials quality.
∎ Monitoring to workers' activity to minimize incidents leading to zero Accident and monitoring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the site.
∎ Reporting on work progress, resources and clients to the senior engineer daily. Implementing target based construction work as per direction of senior engineer.
∎ Check materials availability at the site for timely construction and if required contact with the supply chain.
∎ Monitoring to Site cleaning and housekeeping.
∎ Check contractor/vendors bills and validate as per site actual measurement. Prepare Measurement Book (MB) and prepare clients bill.
∎ Monitoring to Shuttering materials cleaning like scaffolding, props, MS box, plain sheet, beam/column shutter, swivel clamp, nut bolt etc. Plan and estimate shuttering materials required.
∎ Plan and implement drainage work during heavy rain.
∎ Monitoring to Cleaning equipment's and tools like mixture machine, vibrator machine, nozzle, Roof hoist, tower hoist, grinding machine, breaker machine, drill machine, T square, spirit level, pan, slump cone, cylinder mold etc.
∎ Monitoring and follow up WASH facilities of workers
∎ Materials sample collection and packaging, site test as per direction of the engineer.
∎ Monitoring record of materials or equipment's entry, PDB record at site in register.
∎ Creating and continuing a sustainable professional relationship at different levels of suppliers, vendors and clients.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly diary or report including daily work program and manpower record. Prepare microprogram based on the master program. Find out delays and solution to overcome program delay to maintain deadline as per master program.
∎ Check various structures like foundation, column, beam, slab, stair, shear wall, window, brick wall and other finishing work and report to seniors. Monitoring to earth excavation, CC casting, solling, rebar fabrication, shuttering work, RCC casting, level work, site survey work, layout work, tubewell work, soil test, steel fabrication work, various report and check list making etc.
