Job Responsibilities:
∎ A Team Member works in the kitchen but can also work in the front of the restaurant and take orders for customers.
∎ Team Member also work the drive-in. Team Member duties include - Greeting customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
∎ Ensure & understanding the company goal 'working together to satisfy our customers makes them feel as top priority.
∎ Taking accurate food orders. To keep the store clean and ensure the safety of the food we serve to the customers.
∎ Preparing all of food items. Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
∎ Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
∎ Partnering with other Team Members and Managers to meet target goals during the shift.
∎ Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult customer enquiries to assistant manager/Manager.
∎ Ensuring items are well stocked.
∎ Maintaining Inventory.
∎ Monitoring food safety, security.
∎ Communicating with the next Team Member to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too.
∎ Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness.
∎ Inspect Quality Food Production.
∎ Exceptional Customer Service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in Fast Food Shop.
∎ International fast food chain restaurant experience will be given priority
∎ Skills Required: Cashier will be given priority
∎ Individuals from minority groups, indigenous groups are equally encouraged to apply
∎ Any of these Skills Required: Cashier, Chef, Cook, Customer Service, General Service, Operations, Waiter/ Barista.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
