∎ Take ownership of guest tables — ensuring smooth, challenge-free service·
∎ Lead by example and support junior waitstaff during service·
∎ Maintain a calm and polished presence, especially during peak hours·
∎ Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor teams for seamless coordination·
∎ Leave guests with a positive impression and lasting satisfaction·
∎ Uphold grooming, hygiene, and fine dining service standards·
∎ Take feedback professionally and work toward continuous improvement
