As a Visa Processing Officer at Naria Travels & Tours, you'll play a pivotal role in curating journeys that leave indelible impressions on our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping unforgettable travel memories and fostering a deep appreciation for the destinations they explore.Responsibilities:To excel in this role, you will be responsible for:Provide clients with meticulously accurate and up-to-date information pertaining to visa regulations, requirements, and procedures for a diverse range of countries.Oversee the entire spectrum of visa applications, meticulously adhering to embassy regulations and steadfastly meeting submission deadlinesEngage in open and effective communication with clients and embassies, employing a variety of mediums including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to address queries and offer necessary guidance.Tackle visa rejections, guiding clients through appeals and exploring viable alternative options for those encountering visa-related obstacles.Establish and maintain strong liaisons with pertinent authorities, including manpower agencies, to procure essential documents and information vital for visa processing.Handle all types of visa processing for clients, including documentation, application, and follow-up Keep up-to-date with visa regulations and requirements for different countries.Ensure that all visa applications are submitted accurately and in compliance with embassy regulations.Liaise with relevant authorities, such as manpower agencies, to obtain necessary documents and information for visa processing.Perform administrative tasks related to visa processing
