∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules in Warehouse/Factory.
∎ Ensure VAT Challan (Mushak#6.3) with every delivery of products.
∎ Prepare VDS certificate to suppliers and others.· Maintain inventory registers as per policy.
∎ Keep liaisons and compliance with the requirement of VAT Circle, Division, and Commissioner ate etc.
∎ Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Authorities.
∎ Maintain all types of VAT forms/registers as per VAT Law.
∎ Execute VAT function related to Import L/C.
∎ Execute VAT functions related to Manufacturing (FMCG).Handle VAT, Custom & Govt. Authorities.
∎ Other Works related to Accounts & VAT as per instruction of the Manager.
∎ Prepare and Approve by the Authority of Input- Output Coefficient ( Mushak#4.3) FormPrepare VAT Challan Credit notes (Mushak#6.1) and Debit notes (Mushak#6.2) as per VAT & SD ActAssist to prepare monthly return (Mushak#9.1) in a timely manner.
∎ Keep all treasury Challans, issue and collection of withholding certificates (Mushak#6.6).Keep any other prescribed documents or records.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
