Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS Degree from any recognized public or private medical institute in and abroad.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Project: Comprehensive prevention programs for people who inject drugs and their partners Project
∎ Location: Based at Swamibagh, Narayangonj, Nayabazar, Chankharpul and Aganagar CDIC.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to 31 December 2023.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least 3 years clinical experience, working experiences in HIV or in study work will give preference.
∎ Registered with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Association-BMDC
∎ Good technical and managerial skills on efficiency to carry out research based intervention.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience of presenting information succinctly.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Clinically sound and competent conceptually sound in planning, designing, implementing, analyzing, monitoring and reporting on the public health field.
∎ Able to work with any diverse situation and with most-at-risk-population like Injecting Drug Users.
∎ Good coordination, collaboration and networking ability with different organization, Institutes, GoB, NGOs and UN agencies.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Eager to learn.
∎ Have patience and empathy in dealing with PWID (HIV positive & non-positive).
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
