Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing professional and quality counseling service that exceeds students expectations regarding universities in CANADA / AUSTRALIA.
∎ Provide comprehensive counseling to students and their families on education abroad options and opportunities
∎ Guide students through the application and enrolment process for education abroad
∎ Build and maintain relationships with students, their families, and institutions abroad
∎ Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and Finalizations (by intake).
∎ Preparing applications for admission into foreign universities and maintaining other formalities with the universities' admission offices.
∎ Coordinating the Application Team (Admission, Compliance, Payment, Visa Application lodgment)
∎ Work in a team to ensure the best client service.
∎ Maintaining regular communication with the assigned client group.
