• Age 23 to 35 years

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities and programs all over Europe countries.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, admission requirements and career pathways.

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

• Lead and mentor the counselling team, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support to achieve goals.

• Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays and visa applications.

• Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.

• Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.
