Job Context:
∎ At Aus-Bangla, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Service Support team. In this role, you will be the front-line service provider for database management and reporting tasks supporting our client in Australia.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular database management activities, such as bill upload, database clean-up, optimization and reporting
∎ Logging and resolving tickets in a timely manner and capturing all relevant information from the clients
∎ Developing, coordinating & implementing processes and procedures to achieve optimal team workflow and meet quality assurance KPIs
∎ Understanding customer expectations and resolve client issues over the phone and in tickets
∎ Participating in projects and meetings as requested by manager and updating the team about meeting outcomes
∎ Adhering to company processes and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
∎ Escalating outstanding problems that may impact ability to deliver on time
∎ Being the constructive influencer by being organized, proactive and reliable when it comes to following up information from internal and external sources
∎ Working as part of a collaborative team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in verbal and written English.
∎ Experience with database and/or spreadsheet tools, including MS Excel.
∎ Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
∎ Exceptional client service, leadership and team-work skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and priorities tasks effectively.
∎ Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office 365 suites.
∎ Preferably but not mandatory: call center experience, work experience with overseas team, IT/Telecom experience.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
