Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
∎ Define project objectives and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
∎ Create and maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, change orders etc. as well as generate progress report for management.
∎ Build and lead a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors.
∎ Set clear expectations and provide guidance to team members.
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
∎ Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial constraints.
∎ Monitor and approve expenditures, change orders, and procurement processes.

∎ Establish and enforce quality control and assurance processes to meet design and industry standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
∎ Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Implement safety measures to protect workers and ensure a safe construction environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.
∎ Coordinate with local authorities and obtain necessary approvals.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact coordinate with engaged consultants, cross-functional departments and management maintain for open and transparent communication
∎ Provide regular project updates.
∎ Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
∎ Optimize resource utilization to maintain project efficiency.
∎ Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly.
∎ Make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience in construction project management, particularly in high-rise commercial building complexes.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Familiarity with construction-related regulations and codes.
