Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any Public Polytechnical Institute
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop design specifications and functional requirements for projects.
∎ Onsite planning and managing of installation teams.
∎ Contact point between the company and client during the construction stage.
∎ Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
∎ Hands-on implementation on site.
∎ Work with utility companies on project coordination.
∎ Work with the internal Operations team throughout project development and implementation.
∎ Communicate with vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation.
∎ Manage the full construction from pre- to post-construction and handover of the system to the client.
∎ Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget.
∎ Identify any potential safety risks within projects and put in place strategies to mitigate any risks.
∎ Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
∎ Controlling all aspects of the project including planning, execution, quality, and resource mobilization.
∎ Daily material and manpower mobilization and management.
∎ Ensuring Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the material and work being done as per the standards.
∎ Maintaining strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) norms and guidelines during construction.
∎ Maintaining records and documentation of work and material at the site and regular reporting.
∎ O&M supervision of the project.
∎ Site survey and provide technical support to the sales team
∎ Perform technical due diligence for RFPs or similar as required.
∎ Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal review and oversight.
∎ Stay current on codes, standards, new solar technologies, jurisdictional/utility requirements, and installation best practices.
∎ Attend team meetings with internal & external partners, and customer calls & meetings.
∎ Always demonstrate ethics and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 6 year(s) work experience in the power sector
∎ Project experience including substation work, and rooftop solar will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
