∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering /Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Min 10 years of experience for diploma Engr. And 4 to 5 years for (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
∎ Experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, formwork, and quality control.
∎ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
∎ Good understanding of material selection, curing, and surface protection.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with site teams.
∎ Strong knowledge on delivers high quality residentials project.
∎ Fair face concrete finishing.
∎ Formwork and reinforcement supervision.
∎ Quality control and inspection.
∎ Site management and vendor coordination.
∎ Safety compliance in construction.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee fair face concrete construction to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
∎ Supervise formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring for smooth and durable finishes.
∎ Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and identify issues.
∎ Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to meet project deadlines.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
∎ Oversee state – of -the -art finishing work at residential building.
∎ We are looking for a skilled Senior project Engineer with min 10 years of experience specially in fair face concrete work, formwork, and finishing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in dealing & executing high end finishing project.
