Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm from a reputed University. Candidates from Public University will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production of pharmaceutical products from the acquisition of all materials up to processing and subsequent packaging till the delivery of finished products to the warehouse.
∎ Scheduling duties of Operators/Process Workers/Packers and handle technical problems in production.
∎ Providing overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in dispensing, processing and packaging area.
∎ Checking and fill up correctly the BPR and BMR.
∎ Reviewing all BMR and BPR and ensure that the production is executed in accordance with the batch processing procedures and batch packaging procedures.
∎ Preparing URS & TSR to procure the best machines for shop floor.
∎ Analyzing machine break down time and running time and report to supervisor.
∎ Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports and arrange monthly reconciliation.
∎ Assist supervisor to improve the productivity and decrease the production cost.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with the internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Preparing SOPs, training need analysis and arranges various training program for production department and plan product development works.
∎ Discharge any other duty entrusted by the manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in production department in a reputed pharmaceutical company will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
∎ Willingness to drive proactively, hard working and ability to work under pressure.
