Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong understanding of corporate compliance, licensing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
∎ Obtain and renew business licenses, trade licenses, environmental permits, and any other necessary regulatory approvals.
∎ Maintain an updated record of all company licenses, certificates, and permits, ensuring timely renewal.
∎ Liaise with regulatory authorities and legal bodies for documentation and compliance-related approvals.
∎ Monitor updates in government regulations and inform management of necessary changes.
∎ Act as a point of contact between the company and government agencies, licensing bodies, and regulatory organizations.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare reports on compliance status, regulatory filings, and upcoming renewals.
∎ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance processes
