Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete full cycle of the procurement process for different Pharmaceutical Active Ingredients (API) and Excipients
∎ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for procuring API, excipients, and packaging materials
∎ Develop sources and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
∎ Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery
∎ Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
∎ Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
∎ Perform financial analysis, conducting spend analysis and preparing reports on procurement activities
∎ Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and pricing
∎ Ensure quality standards and specifications of the materials
