Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for project procurement, asset management, maintain inventory of stationery and office supplies
∎ Maintain petty cash fund
∎ Procurement planning and budgeting for program activities
∎ S/he must have up to date knowledge on income Tax, VAT and administrative services for managing the project at Head Office and field office level
∎ S/he will maintain close coordination with the development partners
∎ Providing administrative support for program activities. This also includes organizing logistics for project, travel arrangements and arranging meetings, conferences and other special events
∎ The incumbent will ensure compliance with SMC policies, rules and regulation of the development partners and applicable relevant laws and regulations of the country
∎ The incumbent will provide support to the internal and external auditors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least four years’ experience in general administration, finance, reporting and logistics support management
∎ Possess very good skills in fixed asset management, recording and inventory management, store management, documentation, Donor reporting, budget preparation and tracking, ensuring internal control and compliance
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and possess high level of integrity
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office application suite and accounting software.
