∎ MBA/Masters in Business Administration (preferable in Supply Chain Management) from reputed University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Skills Required: cross functional, Functional Skill, Local and Foreign Purchase, Negotiation Skills, Spare Parts Sourcing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to source, negotiate and purchase materials from Local vendors.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement (CS) for all purchase, negotiate price, terms & condition with the supplier, establishing PO (Purchase Order) where applicable.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater superior delivery service and shorten lead time requirement.
∎ Coordinate with Cross functional department ,suppliers, warehouse for smooth and uninterrupted operational support.
∎ Frequently market visit.
∎ Competitor price analyze.
∎ Prepare report on purchase management and performing cost analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ The candidate should have relevant experience in Local Procurement at large Group of Companies.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with suppliers, internal customers
∎ Self-Driven, Proactive attitude and independent worker.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications
∎ Able to work under stress in a fast paced environment.
∎ Good knowledge in ERP/SAP
