Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently
∎ Responsible for overall distribution, logistics, warehousing, collection, maintenance and store management systems of respective depot.
∎ Ensure availability and replenishment of product in liaison with Head Office to fulfil customers demand at depot level, monitor stock level regular basis and ensure proper order management in timely manner. Also ensure on time delivery of products against customers orders in a cost effective manner.
∎ Prepare well planned and synchronized master schedule for in-house distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.
∎ Make efficient and effective delivery system through route planning for outdoor distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.
∎ Prepare manpower planning, shift arrangement and duty roster for smooth operation.
∎ Maintain liaise with clients, suppliers, transport companies, etc.
∎ Ensure that any or all expenses of branches are processed as per policy and with due diligence.
∎ Train and coach people at DIC to build necessary knowledge, skill and attitude (KSA) for efficient and effective operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Good computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Office.
∎ Candidate having working experience in large pharmaceutical industries will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
