Education:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma
∎ Bachelors in any discipline. Diploma/ Certification in SCM is Preferable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ No experience is required for officer position. At least 2 years working experiences in relevant field is required for Sr. Officer position.
∎ Working on FMCG, Pharmaceuticals industries for packaging material will add advantage.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill: MS Office. Candidate having experience on SAP or any other relevant software will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and float Tender/RFQ/RFP to potential suppliers for procuring printing and packaging materials based on assigned purchase requisition.
∎ Compile and evaluate received quotations/offer for the selection process as per procurement policy.
∎ Prepare procurement proposals, submit for approval, and issue purchase orders to selected suppliers as per the approved proposal.
∎ Follow up with suppliers and ensure smooth deliveries on time.
∎ Conduct vendor evaluations based on their yearly performance.
∎ Ensure packaging material designs are updated to avoid errors.
∎ Receive billing-related documents from suppliers and GRM (Goods Receipt Memo) and signed challan from the store/warehouse.
∎ Check and compile all documents for payment processing.
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect designs, TSR (Technical Specification Review), GRM, approved samples, and other related documents as needed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
