Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all the goods receipts to the factory are recorded timely in stock ledger with physical verification.
∎ Prepare all kind of Challan, Requisition, GRN/GRA & Packing List.
∎ Maintain record for all kind of Finished Fabric (Receiving, Delivery & Stock).
∎ Maintain all kind of Raw materials, Machineries Spare parts & Stationary Goods record.
∎ Properly maintain ERP (APM) system and provide data to concern department on time.
∎ Ensure Goods issued to the production in proper way.
∎ Ensure all the requirements are discussed with dept. Heads prior to Finalize ordering.
∎ Ensure required measures and controls are in placed to ensure the security of the goods inside the store.
∎ Properly maintain store compliance related issue.
∎ Communication with various unit for smooth operation.
∎ Conduct store inventory (Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly).
∎ Monitoring Day to Day Finished Product & Delivery against PI & PO.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Production & Delivery Report.
∎ Follow the Applicable Rules for Goods In & Out.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have hands on experience in a Textile/Garment Factory in a MCD/Store Department.
