Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Fire safety Management, Good at Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire equipment, Fire Hydrant system, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire Safety Audit, Fire safety Management, Fire Safety Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fire safety related precautions are applied in workplace as per Bangladesh Labour Law & NFPA guidelines
∎ Provide in house fire safety training to all employees, internal fire fighters, security personnel, etc in a regular basis
∎ Conduct fire drill and emergency evacuation periodically to aware employees on their responsibilities in emergency situations
∎ Prepare policies linked with all safety standards, evacuation plan, reports & documentations linked with fire safety matters
∎ Visit all places in the factory compound in a regular basis to ensure that appropriate firefighting equipments are in place and functioning properly
∎ Maintain fire safety equipment inventory and keep everything updated and available in stock
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with local Fire Service and Civil Defense authority and other relevant authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have min. 06 months long training on Fire Safety Management from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense Authority.
