∎ MBBS from any reputed Medical College
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct scientific seminars, CME & RTD programs
∎ Maintain good liaison with the doctors for business development
∎ Prepare presentation in the doctor’s seminar of different therapeutic group
∎ Provide feedback to Doctor’s queries
∎ Train the sales force for business growth
∎ Prepare and update medical publications regularly
∎ Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training session and symposium
∎ Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand
∎ Prepare annual training calendar & budget, provide classroom training, demonstrations and on-the-job training.
∎ Conduct refreshers training continually
∎ Build positive trust relationships with MIO to influence targeted group in the decision-making process
∎ Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Relevant working experience will get preference
∎ Excellent Communication skills
∎ Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (particularly in word, power point, excel)
