Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all production machineries and utility services.
∎ Perform troubleshooting of PLC, VFD, automation and control system of high-speed production line.
∎ Develop and test instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
∎ Troubleshoot, install, and calibrate instrumentation devices such as controllers, transmitters, and sensors.
∎ Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA systems, and various communication systems.
∎ Read and understand PLC program, Drawing & machine manual.
∎ Ensure optimum use of Spare parts and prepare consumption report.
∎ Identify the fast moving and critical spare parts for all machineries, ensure adequate stock levels, and update inventory reports accordingly.
∎ Prepare and update all engineering SOPs in accordance Food Safety and ISO guideline.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.
