Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or equivalent degree.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for ex-employees of FSCD.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fire safety related precautions in workplace as per Bangladesh Labor Law & NFPA guidelines.
∎ Provide in-house fire safety training to all employees, internal fighters, security personnel etc. on a regular basis.
∎ Conduct fire drill and emergency evacuation periodically to aware employees on their responsibilities in emergency situations.
∎ Prepare policies linked with safety standards and evacuation plans.
∎ Prepare reports and documents linked with fire safety matters.
∎ Visit all places of the factory compound on a regular basis to ensure that appropriate firefighting equipment are in place and functioning properly.
∎ Maintain fire safety equipment inventory and keep everything updated and available in stock.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD) and other relevant authorities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have minimum 06 months training with valid certification from FSCD.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should be hardworking and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be smart in situation handling.
