Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and coordinate construction works of Health & Hygiene factory extension project.
∎ Take field measurement and calculate bill of quantities accurately.
∎ Ensure quality, safety and monitor and peruse proactively the progress of works.
∎ Prepare all bills and write Measurement Books.
∎ Ensure timely completion of project.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
∎ Must have a fair understanding of drawings & tender specifications.
∎ Should have supervision experience in large civil construction project and in prefab steel works.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure with good personality.
∎ Must have willingness to stay at the site.
∎ Should be proactive and ready to work during extended hours.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office application suite and AutoCAD.
