∎ Age at most 42 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently·
∎ Working on the overall distribution, logistics, warehousing, collection, maintenance, and store management systems of all Pharma depots.
∎ Prepare well planned and synchronized master schedule for in-house distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.·
∎ Make efficient and effective delivery system through route planning for outdoor distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.·
∎ Ensure that any or all expenses for the branches are processes as per policy and with due diligence.·
∎ Provide training and guidance to employees at DIC to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) to work efficiently and effectively.
