Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA Major in Material Management/Finance/Supply Chain Management.
∎ Graduate in Pharma/Statistics/Accounting/Economics from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Demand Planning, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular analyses of finished goods, raw and packaging materials to forecast potential inventory issues and analyze data to anticipate future needs.
∎ Prepare alternative ways to avoid stock.
∎ Monitor and track suppliers to ensure the right materials are available at the right time to meet production plans and sales plan.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level by continuous monitoring of high moving, slow/no moving items, by tracking shelf life of materials to minimize write-offs and initiating requisition.
∎ Facilitate monthly sales and operational meeting (S&OP) meeting with required data, analysis and report.
∎ Prepare and circulate minutes of S&OP and different inventory meetings.
∎ Prepare produce supply plan, also plan for toll/contact manufacturing or imported productions to meet necessary sales projections.
∎ Prepare statistical data analysis for management and continuously inform supervisor/senior management about the critical areas for actions.
∎ Prepare of monthly reporting for management updates (Day coverage report/inventory cycle reports/RM-PM availability reports, FG rolling etc.)
∎ Perform any other duties of department as and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Professional experience in the field of demand planning.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Business, mathematically sharp and in-depth knowledge on data analysis using smart technologies,
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, especially in Intermediary level MS Excel is must.
∎ Should have knowledge in common computerized inventory management system or ERP will considered an added advantage.
∎ For highly deserving fresher with advance knowledge of MS Excel is also encouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
