Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business or Technology from reputed institutions local or foreign.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ - Manage day-to-day operations with all external stakeholders/ business partners, viz, Banks, Visa/Master Card, System Integrators. This involves trouble shooting, assistance for reconciliation, follow up with documentation.
∎ - Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders viz, Product and Technology, Marketing, Campaign, Finance Corporate Communication on tracking deliverables like new product, marketing communication material, campaign planning and execution, press coverage etc.
∎ - Track Daily KPI, prepare analysis and circulate the key stakeholders
∎ - Coordinate events organized for stakeholders.
∎ - Resolve any client issue (like dispute resolutions) through coordination with Customer Services, ECAD and banking partners.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconciliation of daily transactions.
∎ Post reconciliation client communication
∎ Transaction advice to relevant team or posting in core system
∎ Reversal reconciliation
∎ Transaction assurance
∎ Dispute management in partners’ network
∎ Forecasting
∎ Coordination with campaign team for campaign design and reward disbursement.
∎ Analytics on daily business
∎ Co-ordinate with internal team for tracking deliverables
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-3 Years full time employee in Telecom, FMCG, E-Commerce, Technology or Banks
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Self driven with traits of entrepreneurial skills.
∎ Excellent in MS-Excel based analytical tools, experience in MS-Access is added advantage
∎ Strong Power Point based presentation skills
∎ Extrovert and very strong in interpersonal communication , enjoys human interactions as a part of professional responsibility
∎ Strong character/determination in getting job done by running against the wind
∎ Believes in making a difference in our society thru application of Technology
∎ Basic/Advanced orientation to Financial Technology
∎ Sound Knowledge on MS Officer package
