∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/ Masters from Public or UGC approved Private Universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of the office.
∎ Ensure timely maintenance of vehicles, equipment and fixed assets of the Company.
∎ Make arrangement of meal, transport and travel documents as per requirement.
∎ Provide reception to all buyers, visitors and guests in a professional manner and maintain records.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted transport and utility supply in the factory.
∎ Arrange meeting and other official programs as per schedule.
∎ Maintain inventory & list of requisitions submitted to Admin.
∎ Keep record of day to day expenses with supporting documents.
∎ Ensure effective security, safety and surveillance in the factory premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years' hands on experience in Administration of a company.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business areas: Garments/Textile/FMCG.
∎ Female candidates having required qualifications and experiences are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 21000 (Monthly)
