Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Commerce with 4 years graduation degree in Accounting or Finance from reputed University with no 3rd Class in academic career.
∎ CACC from reputed firm get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations.
∎ Prepare Financial Statements on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Annually & Annually.
∎ Prepare & submission of all regulatory reporting i.e. BSEC, DSE and Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Prepare & submission of Withholding Tax & VAT Return, Advance tax calculation, Annual tax return, Statement regarding the payment of salary (u/s-108) and communicate to Tax Audit, VAT Audit, Hearing & Appeal etc.
∎ Prepare note & payments process to lessor, supplies, service provider or vendors against contracts, invoices, work orders, purchase orders and bills as per practice of the company.
∎ Comply of Anti Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism (AML-CFT) related as per instruction Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU).
∎ Reconciling Cash of transaction, Company accounts, Bank Statements, Receivables and payable, organizing monthly Reconciliation and bank corresponding where as necessary.
∎ Payroll processing support including PF account & GP account.
∎ Support to preparation of annual budget, cash flow forecast and projections.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years years practical job experiences in relevant field
∎ Well conversant of Securities laws, Income Tax & VAT laws etc
