Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Degree (MBBS) with experience in OB & GYN
∎ Completed residency training in OB/GYN will be given more preferences
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The OBGYN Physician will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to an ethnically and
∎ the socially diverse, female patient population following the values, beliefs, and, policies of
∎ Clinical Romero. The successful candidate will also perform routine obstetric and gynaecological
∎ Office procedures and follow-up of all abnormal pap smears.
∎ Place of Work: AM&CW Ulipur, Kurigram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obstetrics and gynaecological out-patient examination, management, and treatment including ANC and PNC.
∎ Performing surgical procedures NVD and assisting Caesarean Section
∎ Perform neonatal and childcare and vaccination
∎ Providing general pre-and post-operative care
∎ Establish a regular family planning, cervical cancer screening, and breastfeeding care
∎ Responsible for management of eclampsia/severe pre-eclampsia, haemorrhage, severe anaemia, sepsis, post-abortion complication, etc.
∎ Managing and facilitating the activities of regular primary & secondary health care,
∎ Lab service, O.T service, and others
∎ Responsible for ensuring monthly medicine and other medical logistics and supplies
∎ Documentation and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Responsible to lead a medical team in an emergency
∎ Responsible to establish effective communication, cooperation, and collaboration with outreach components (satellite clinics, medical assistants, nurses, midwives)
∎ Highly responsible for teambuilding & nurturing the team effort
∎ Ability to problem-solve independently
∎ As a part of the team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high-quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
∎ Desire to learn and grow with Clinical and actively participate in all training and learn new things quickly
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
