∎ Proven experience in preparing tender proposals with a strong understanding of the submission process, technical requirements, and pricing strategies.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD and an engineering background is a plus.
∎ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions.
∎ Willingness to conduct market surveys and client visits.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the tender submission process, including preparing technical and commercial proposals for facade projects.
∎ Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate technical documentation and cost estimations in tenders.
∎ Customize proposals to meet client requirements and ensure competitive pricing for curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing, and louvers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive strategies in the facade industry.
∎ Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote facade systems.
∎ Assist in generating leads and building relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
∎ Track and follow up on tenders to ensure timely submissions and to monitor bid success rates.
∎ Work with the sales and design teams to align marketing materials with project requirements.
∎ Help create technical presentations, brochures, and sales tools for facade products.
∎ Manage digital marketing efforts across platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
∎ Conduct client meetings and participate in site surveys to understand project needs.
