Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM/ Masters in Veterinary Science /M. Pharm /B. Pharm from reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Brand Strategy and ensure its implementation for achieving company goals.
∎ Create Business opportunities for the company by identifying and launching of new molecules and import of different veterinary products for Marketing.
∎ Develop Strategy & Implement Marketing Plan to Action Plan.
∎ Develop annual promotion plan of assigned products and facilitate in the allocation of promotional items as per plan to establish or enhance brand loyalty in the local market.
∎ Lead and supervise the team of SBMD Veterinary effectively and monitor their assigned tasks.
∎ Conduct training of Field Personnel on new and existing products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ Experience Requirements: For Sr. Manager Position Minimum 10 years and for Manager Position Minimum 7 years working experience is required.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in Product Management (Veterinary) of Pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (proficiency in both English and Bangla) & strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem solving skills with ability to work independently under strictest deadline are required.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is required.
∎ The incumbent should be pro-active to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
