Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement modern electrical maintenance strategies, procedures and methods of Boiler & Turbine (Sugar Refinery Plant)
∎ Carry out maintenance & troubleshooting of Transformer, HT Switch-gear (SF6 Breaker & VCB ),LT Switch-gear, MCC Panel, TCP Panel, GRP panel, DCDB Panel, MCSP Panel, ABB Unitrol 6080, 11 KV VFD SINAMICS PERFECT HARMONY GH180 Medium Voltage Drives & 11 KV Motor, EOT Crane, Battery and Charger Cum DCDB Panel, Wood ward Governor, HP & LP Actuator, Magnetic Pick Up Sensor, Vibration Sensor etc
∎ Develop preventive and predicative maintenance system and minimize break down time of SIEMENS DCS (PCS-7) and PLC (S7-400, S7-300) based burner management system
∎ Modify program and configure hardware of SIEMENS DCS (PCS-7) and PLC (S7-400, S7-300) based burner management system
∎ Maintain trouble shooting and calibration of Level, Pressure, Flow Transmitter & different types of Control Valves (Such as: Level, pressure, Flow and Temperature)
∎ Perform periodic maintenance, corrective actions and break down maintenance of the high pressure Boiler and Turbine plant and machinery in a cost effective manner
∎ Prepare and control budgetary provisions
∎ Train and develop maintenance team to increase technical skills
∎ Maintain proper plant housekeeping and keep environment clean
∎ Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed both inside and outside of the plant
∎ Place of Posting: Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayanganj
Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduate Engineer should have at least 6 years' experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in a steam Boiler & Turbine, where 2 years in a similar position and Diploma Engineer should have at least 10 years' experience where 4 years in a similar position
∎ Knowledge of Turbine Trip Logic & Control System of Boiler & Steam Turbine
∎ Good organizing, planning, coordination, and communication skills
∎ Knowledge of all electrical equipment of Sub Critical Boiler and Turbine based power plant, sequence control & protections and exposure to Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Root cause analysis and computerized maintenance techniques
∎ Ability to control large capacity Steam Boiler and Back pressure Steam Turbine (More than 100 TPH 100 kg/cm2)
