Job Context:
∎ CRM & SFA - To set and monitor sales & marketing strategies that will foster long-term profitability with a robust relationship with customers.
∎ In this role, you will coordinate with our Sales and Marketing team to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems (SAP CRM) and SFA and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and understand market trends and proactively address customer concerns.
∎ The incumbent will be instrumental to increase revenues, achieve business goals and ensure profitability. And build a customer-centric company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish an effective CRM system and robust SFA which provides strong organization and sustainable business process and making profitable organization.
∎ Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
∎ Guide sales team to understand the pharmaceutical sales processes, tools and technologies and lead the in-field execution.
∎ Ensure the CRM system provides an effective pharmaceutical sales funnel
∎ Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
∎ Plan and manage variety marketing campaigns and boost sales
∎ Track sales & marketing metrics and trends like conversion rates and using various analytics
∎ Monitor and provide strategy for performance improvement with logged calls, performance metrics, revenue metrics. Access data for goal setting analytics, team meetings, and reporting to executives.
∎ Review and implement SAP-CRM and SFA software
∎ Person should be conversant and experienced with SAP-CRM software and SFA implementation in pharmaceutical environment that meets our company’s needs
∎ Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 57 years
∎ Minimum 25 years’ job experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and 5 to 10 years’ experience in International Marketing will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
