∎ Minimum Bachelors in CSE or equivalent. Additional relevant course experience will be a plus
∎ Must have experience in dealing with AR/VR/MR/Game Development Projects
∎ Minimum 4+ years of experience with at least considerable leadership exposure
∎ Must have a portfolio

Game Design, Game Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of engineers, designers and creatives to produce ceaseless virtual experience as required by the client / project
∎ Translate design specifications into functional experiences / games
∎ Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
∎ Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems
∎ Maintain previously development / legacy projects if required
∎ Engage with cross team stakeholders in rolling out features as requested in projects
∎ Manage projects from concept to full execution using collaborative tools to maintain on-time delivery and reach the target mile marker
∎ Prototyping new features and interactions with an eye toward intuitive usability and experience
∎ Deploying developed solution in different platform when required (e.g. unitywebgl, mobile development, installer, VR environment etc)
∎ Test out deployment across multiple available technologies (e.g. oculus go, rift, vive, hololens, mi airplay, mobile360, mobile native etc)
∎ Contribute in product innovation through knowledge, experience and skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management
∎ A comprehensive experience with AR/VR/MR and Game Development
∎ Experience with virtual reality (Rift, VIVE, Gear VR, etc.).
∎ Experience with a combination of Windows, Android, and game console programming.
∎ Familiarity with level design and planning
∎ Experience with game physics and particle systems
∎ Experience with mobile and console game development
∎ Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware
∎ Experience with deployment different AR/VR platforms is highly required
∎ Experience with 3D is a plus
∎ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
∎ Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns
∎ Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools (e.g Git)
Salary: Tk. 57000 - 75000 (Monthly)
