Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting
∎ Preference will be given to the FCA/ACA or FCMA/ACMA.
∎ Skills Required: advanced excel skill, Audit, Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book), Proficiency in SAP, VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting by actively participating in month-end closing activities.
∎ Foster innovation and drive continuous improvement in Finance - Platform Reporting, focusing on systems, processes, and controls.
∎ Oversee the preparation of statutory, management, and monthly reports within designated timelines.
∎ Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance finance operations and control processes.
∎ Manage the local finance team, ensuring proper accounting records maintenance, timely reporting, and tax filing.
∎ Supervise VAT, Customers and Income Tax related matters.
∎ Prepare Financial Statement for Audit Firm/Tax office /Bank /Management
∎ Optimize the existing reporting system, analyze performance reports, and provide insights for management and investors.
∎ Close books monthly with precision and adherence to deadlines.
∎ Streamline and challenge daily accounting and operational processes, including procure-to-pay and AR/AP processing.
∎ Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments and global teams.
∎ Demonstrate effective time management, organization, and goal setting.
∎ Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance to enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and legal teams.
∎ Undertake additional financial projects as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Part qualified from ICAB/ICMAB will be given preference.
∎ Basic knowledge on Income Tax & VAT and Commercial (Import)
∎ Basic Knowledge on MS-office, Financial Systems, SAP or any ERP
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ A hardworking and adaptable individual with the ability to work independently and take proactive initiatives.
∎ A commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in job duties.
∎ A structured problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
