Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Electrical Engineer from a reputed institution is preferred and candidates with experience will be given priority.
∎ Capita Group is looking for experienced Officials to work in the above position at Capita Times Square, Tongi, Gazipur.
∎ Electrical Engineering background is preferred for Implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs.
∎ Qualities relating to leadership, teamwork, including Staff Development, Coaching, Managing Performance, Administration, Reporting & Strong people management skills.
∎ Expert skills in the building and management of both internal and external relationships with shop owners, clients and team members, exceptional customer focus & driven to achieve targeted results.

Job Context:
∎ Capita Times Square (CTS) Shopping Mall is the most exclusive shopping mall and entertainment center. Located in an area that is best known for its high-end stores and restaurants. Capita Times Square (CTS) is a super-regional mall located at Tongi, Gazipur. The mall features over 1100 shops of varying types and sizes, a super shop, a food court, a kid’s entertainment.
∎ We are looking for persons capable of Staff Development, Coaching, Managing Performance, Administration, Reporting & Strong people management skills. Expert skills in the building and management of both internal and external relationships with shop owners, clients and team members, exceptional customer focus & driven to achieve targeted results. Also should have capability of Implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all administrative tasks related to Shopping mall coordinating with retailers, tenants, suppliers, various internal teams such as operations, leasing, finance and legal.
∎ Handle all queries and complaints from Tenants when received in the Mall and through Customer service. Ensure forwarding the same to the concerned department, including follow up for timely resolution as per established Mall policies and procedures.
∎ Handle all tenant’s requests concerning NOCs, permits etc., and ensure that it is processed on a timely basis for issuance.
∎ To maintain good relationships with the local administration on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare and issue tenant notices, circulars, warning and penalty notice as advised by mall manager. Follow-up on tenant communications till completion
∎ Prepare Purchase Request / Local Purchase Orders for various operational requirements and ensure its tracking and follow up with the concerned department for timely procurement.
∎ Assist in the preparation of the Lease Agreement for the tenant’s shops under the supervision of the legal department. Follow up with tenants for timely signature and payments.
∎ Ensure that all signed agreements and payments received from tenants are filed in a proper manner through the concerned departments.
∎ Prepare and manage all documentation related to mall management and leasing operations
∎ Assist Head of Admin to Issue on regular basis tenant's circulars, monthly coordinators roster, weekly minutes of operations team meeting, contractors' / tenants fit-out requirements, Gazipur Municipality packages, approval/non-approval of tenants' requests etc.
∎ Provide all necessary data / reports on a periodic basis pertaining to Mall operations to the Senior / Manager Operations for review, resolution of issues and prompt decision making.
∎ Manage office supplies and all other inventory related to mall offices to ensure smooth functioning of the mall operations and management offices
∎ Ensure compliance with the company Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HR Policies and Procedures at all times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills & business writing skills.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience from the renowned organizations/ Shopping Mall/ Center (Local or Abroad).
∎ Preference would be given to the candidates having experience in this sector.
