Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering from any reputed/ accredited college or university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced civil engineers for our Geotextile product sales and Project Management. We will preferably consider applicant with at least 3~5 years of experience and candidate has to have experience working as Technical product sales/ project management work for river bank protection, river training, Roads/ bridge projects or relevant Railway projects.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, with frequent visit to project sites

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.
∎ To Generate sales lead and achieve team's sales target.
∎ To Create new account and manage existing account effectively and efficiently.
∎ Will also be responsible for preparing price quotations, ensuring product delivery, collecting payment and report to department head and respective department properly.
∎ Will be responsible to gather in depth knowledge of products quickly.
∎ To prepare project proposal/bid offer, project monitoring and implementation, business development services to secure projects in geotechnical engineering service areas particularly in the field of bank protection, river training etc.
∎ To provide technical oversight on geotechnical and materials testing projects.
∎ Review client invoices for accuracy and evaluation of project profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced engineers will be evaluated accordingly and be positioned in higher ranks,
∎ Financial and business management skill i.e. project cost estimation, project team management
∎ Candidate needs to have good communication skill in English and Bangla to work with both foreign and local consultants. Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
