Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Business Graduate from a public / reputed university.
∎ Professional certification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials.
∎ Ensure smooth operations of Transport departmental activities to achieve effective supply chain.
∎ Must be ability to import handling (deal with each step of the shipping process and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.)
∎ Support warehouse management, and assist with planning and goods deliveries, and provide information on the status of requests and the availability of items in the supply chain.
∎ Maintain accurate and complete records on logistical activities and provide reports and update periodically.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain.
∎ Excellent ability of working under extreme pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
∎ Good Business sense and professional & progressive attitude
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
∎ Sound Knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality
