∎ Graduate degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safe and appropriate warehousing and handling of all raw materials.
∎ Plan, develop and management of warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all raw materials in ledger and software.
∎ Ensure storage and preservation of materials properly.
∎ Ensure efficient space management, warehousing for all raw materials of the Warehouse.
∎ Perform physical inventory daily / monthly to verify stock.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely delivery of each order.
∎ Generate various reports as required by the Management.
∎ Supervision and scheduling the activities of the employees of Warehouse.
∎ Maintain Effective Coordination with all related departments.
∎ Any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor.
∎ Follow up & Monitoring Proper Received & delivery schedule.
∎ Maintain transport schedule for local items received and delivery purpose.
∎ Must be ensured smooth delivery operations by issuing gate pass & delivery challan & the other required documents.
∎ Must be maintained Stock register, purchase register, store ledger, Musuk Challan, VAT returns, and all other registers as per store management.
∎ Must be maintained proper documentation of materials received, delivered, and the rest of the amount in stock.
∎ Must be capable to deliver the right type of items to the right place at right time in the right quantity and quality.
∎ Must be ensured the safety of store materials.
∎ Must be capable to perform additional tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area sales
∎ Must have matured personality, excellent communication and Negotiation skills
∎ Must be sincere, honest, proactive and well mannered
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, Internet Browsing & Social Networking
∎ Working experience in the Relevant Track will get priority
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Who have no experience need not to apply for the position
Salary:
