Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate, including Postgraduate/BSC Engineering from any reputed public/private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, grow and manage relationship engagements with the customers
∎ Provide support to all internal and external stakeholders for the assigned projects
∎ Maintain liaison with different Government and private organizations/authority etc. for ensuring BTS acquisition at their premises
∎ Critical and authority sites securing as per the customer’s demand
∎ Manage negotiation with house owner, landowner or any other authority for site acquisition
∎ To plan and manage Site Acquisition vendors’ standards and performances
∎ Resolve disputes raised by house owners/landowner or any other authority
∎ Maintain and update the sales support database and assist in various reports to the management
∎ Identify Border sites, CAAB sites and channel information to concern person, to ensure Regulatory compliances
∎ Responsible for releasing SRF, SAR, SPR milestones in EASI for B2S, Colo, Upgrade, Decom project in system database
∎ Work closely with project management team, to ensure on time site delivery and to support different Group initiated projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-6 years’ working experience in related field of telecom industry
∎ Telecom roll-out project management, with more than 03 years’ experience, will be an added advantage
∎ Understanding of the total value chain of telecom industry and its associates
∎ Telecom roll out project management skills
∎ Ability to manage on time rollout delivery
∎ Planning, budgeting resource management
∎ Strong data analytics, reporting and presentation skill
∎ Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Ability to work under multiple projects
∎ Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel regionally, as and when required
