∎ As a Senior Executive, R&D (Analytical) at TPL, you will assume a pivotal role in our pharmaceutical R&D team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct rigorous analytical testing and analysis to support the development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials and various pharmaceutical dosage forms.
∎ Ensure that analytical methods comply with current pharmacopeia guidelines and industry standards.
∎ Conduct stability studies of finished pharmaceutical products to assess their shelf life and quality over time.
∎ Analyze and interpret stability data to ensure product efficacy and safety.
∎ Perform process validation activities to ensure the consistency and reliability of manufacturing processes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful process validation.
∎ Prepare and update specifications and testing procedures in accordance with current pharmacopeia standards and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Conduct chemical and physical analyses of new raw materials and finished products.
∎ Utilize analytical instruments, including HPLC, UV, IR, and others, for accurate testing and analysis.
∎ Ensure the proper calibration of analytical instruments and maintain records of calibration activities.
∎ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product development equipment and activities.
∎ Ensure that SOPs are adhered to for consistency and compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and experience with analytical method validation.
∎ Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in analytical instrumentation
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
