∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and reviewing different utility system design, piping design etc.
∎ Preparing P& ID, BOQ and selecting pipe & raising requisition
∎ Plumbing and commissioning of compressed air, lab gas, soft water, potable water, steam system, etc.
∎ Reviewing of Water Treatment Plant (PW, WFI, Pure Steam), collecting quotation, installing loop fabrication & commissioning
∎ Preparing & reviewing of fire safety system (Fire hydrant and fire detection)
∎ Designing & preparing BOQ, raising requisition and fabricating & commissioning of all utilities
∎ Preparing, reviewing, installing & commissioning of lift, dock, leveler, rolling shutter door etc.
∎ Providing technical support between cross-functional departments and teams to resolve challenges during project execution
∎ Supervising full project, making the technical decision and communicating with Management & supplier
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experiences in the relevant field of a reputed pharmaceuticals company
∎ Sound Knowledge about design standard like ASME, ASTM, ISO, ASHRAE as well as filtration and pharmaceuticals purity classification for every system and material class, orbital welding, cleaning passivation, documentation, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ as well as standard like FDA, USP, ISPE
∎ Knowledge about fire safety standard like NFPA, NPTA, BNBC; Wielding standard & cutting, fitting, and skill in electrical plumbing and installation of the distribution system
∎ Well conversant with HVAC system and pharmaceuticals process machinery; also, PIC/S, EU, MHRA, FDA, GMP guidelines, GEP & GAMP
∎ Expert user of MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD
